Cascais

Cascais is one of the best places to ride efoils, with calm water, an easy entrance, and beautiful views all around. The water is usually calm, but definitely cold, so be ready for that. After the ride, you have amazing restaurants, bars, and a perfect seaside vibe nearby. The only real downside is parking, especially in summer, when it can get very difficult.
