Snagov- public pontoon

Snagov lake is 1 h north of Bucharest and big enough to take you maybe 30 minutes to explore it north to south. Warm water and lots of vegetation (a lot of floating lotus) and a lot of villas and mansions of wealthy people to see - it's like a Lake Garda of Romania but without the mountains😊. Although most of the shores are private, and many times we access the water through friend's homes and properties, there is this public pontoon where everyone can launch their board, that I have marked. Parking is 20 m away and also there isa local restaurant with traditional food and a popular terrace.. The pontoon is a little high, so it helps not to be alone when exiting the water just in case you are tired. Also, maybe it's good 5o leave your belongings in the closed car rather than unattended on the pontoon.
Cross the lake of this spot there is another possible water launching spot - the terace and club named MOOD, you can find it on Google maps as MooD Snagov.
