This public dock will give you access to the Oakland Estuary. Very scenic area, you can launch even during low tides. Access to a water hose to rinse your gear. No bathrooms. Some homeless encampments at times but I never had any problems with anyone. Debris in the water could be an issue during King tides in the winter.
